Orders & Payment

Search for tires by vehicle, size, or brand using our Smart Search tool. Select your tires, choose a delivery address or installer, and complete checkout securely. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We do not store your card details.
Order modifications and cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placing your order, before processing begins. Please call us immediately at (901) 547-5866 or email support@unbeatabletire.com. Once an order has been picked and processed, cancellation may not be possible.
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST on Friday or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see these emails within a few minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes — 100% free shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states. No minimum order, no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days to anywhere in the continental United States. Transit times may vary slightly based on your specific location.
We ship free to all 48 contiguous states. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii — rates for AK/HI are calculated at checkout. We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories.
We ship via FedEx and UPS, depending on your location and order size. The specific carrier will be shown in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
Once your tires ship, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the FedEx or UPS website to track your delivery in real time. You can also log into your account on our site to view order status.
Yes! During checkout, select "Ship to Installer" and choose from our nationwide network of approved professional installers. Your tires will be shipped directly to them, and they'll contact you to schedule your installation appointment.
Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Call us immediately at (901) 547-5866. Once the order has shipped, address changes through the carrier may incur additional fees.
No. Due to the size and weight of tires, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address — your home, workplace, or an installer location — is required for all deliveries.
If your order arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging. Take photos of the damage and contact us immediately at (901) 547-5866 or support@unbeatabletire.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused, unmounted tires in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Tires that have been mounted, installed, or show signs of use cannot be returned. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
Submit a return request by contacting us at support@unbeatabletire.com or calling (901) 547-5866. Our team will:
  • Verify your order and reason for return
  • Email you prepaid return shipping labels
  • Guide you through the drop-off process at the nearest FedEx or UPS location
Your refund or replacement will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned tires.
Once we receive and inspect your returned tires, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Yes. We can process an exchange for unmounted tires in original condition. Contact our team within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Note that price differences between products will be charged or refunded accordingly.
If you received an incorrect order, please contact us immediately at (901) 547-5866. Do not mount the tires. We will arrange a return pickup and send the correct tires at no additional cost to you.

Tire Selection & Fitment

Use our Smart Search tool — search by vehicle (year/make/model/trim), by tire size, or by brand. Your correct tire size can also be found on the sticker inside your driver's door jamb, in your owner's manual, or on the sidewall of your current tires.
A tire size like 225/65R17 means:
  • 225 – Tire width in millimeters
  • 65 – Aspect ratio (sidewall height as % of width)
  • R – Radial construction
  • 17 – Rim diameter in inches

It is generally not recommended to mix tire brands, models, or sizes on the same axle, as this can affect handling, stability, and safety. For AWD/4WD vehicles, all four tires should match as closely as possible. Contact our specialists if you have questions about your specific situation.
The load index indicates the maximum weight a tire can support (e.g., 95 = 1,521 lbs). The speed rating indicates the maximum safe speed (e.g., H = up to 130 mph). Always choose tires that meet or exceed your vehicle manufacturer's specifications.

Warranty & Road Hazard

Yes. All tires sold by Unbeatable Tire are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by brand and model. Please refer to the specific product listing or the manufacturer's website for details.
A road hazard warranty covers damage caused by potholes, nails, glass, and other road debris that result in an unrepairable flat or damaged tire. This is separate from the manufacturer's defect warranty. Check individual product listings to see if road hazard coverage is included or available as an add-on.
Tire warranties are typically voided by:
  • Improper inflation (over or under-inflating)
  • Incorrect fitment or overloading beyond rated capacity
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or road hazards
  • Improper mounting or installation
  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by the manufacturer
To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at (901) 547-5866 or support@unbeatabletire.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assist you in filing the claim with the manufacturer and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view purchase history, save vehicles, and access exclusive member deals faster.
