What You Need to Know

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your tires all the way to delivery in real time.

Ship to Your Home

Tires are delivered curbside. Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment, as tires are large and may require a signature for delivery.

Ship to an Installer

Select a tire installer near you at checkout and we'll ship directly to them. They'll contact you when your tires arrive to schedule your appointment.

Secure Packaging

Every tire is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Ordering 2 or 4 tires? They ship together in one coordinated delivery so all your tires arrive at the same time, ready for installation.

Shipping Coverage

Unbeatable Tire offers free standard ground shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. We ship from our distribution center in Memphis, TN, strategically located for fast delivery across the country. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days regardless of your location within the lower 48.

We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii — shipping rates and transit times for AK and HI orders are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order size.

Note: We currently do not ship to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our team directly.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 2–3 business days to all 48 contiguous states. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Is shipping really free? Are there any hidden fees?

Yes — shipping is completely free on all orders to the contiguous 48 states with no minimum order amount and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

What happens if my tires arrive damaged?

If your tires arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at (901) 883-6687 or support@unbeatabletire.com. Take photos of the damage before accepting or unpacking the shipment. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order, before processing begins. Please call us immediately at (901) 883-6687 or email support@unbeatabletire.com. Once the order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of tires, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for all deliveries. We recommend shipping to your home, workplace, or a local installer.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

We ship via major carriers including FedEx and UPS, depending on your location and order size. The carrier assigned to your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
